At Euroanime, most products are custom-made, made-to-order, prepared after purchase, sealed physical media, collector items, or specially prepared products. For this reason, all sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, not delivered, or a refund is required by applicable law.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened or unsealed physical media
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Products prepared according to the customer’s specifications
- Compatibility issues caused by the customer’s device, player, region settings, firmware, cables or playback environment
- Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because many Euroanime products are custom-prepared or made specifically for each order, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once production has started.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@euroanime.jp.net. Cancellation is only possible if production, preparation, packaging or shipping has not started.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@euroanime.jp.net.
Please include:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged in transit
- A clear explanation of the problem
- Playback device details if the issue is media-related
After review, Euroanime may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Repair or correction
- Missing part shipment
- Partial refund
- Full refund where required
- Store credit, if accepted by the customer
We may require the customer to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows that an order has not moved for an unusual period, or if the package appears lost, contact us at support@euroanime.jp.net.
We may open a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order will generally be considered delivered.
Euroanime is not responsible for lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Euroanime because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, non-collection, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees or other customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law.
6. Compatibility
Physical media compatibility may depend on the customer’s playback device, region settings, firmware, software, display, cables or local setup.
Euroanime tests products before shipping when applicable, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device worldwide.
Compatibility problems must be reported with device details so we can troubleshoot the issue.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, card issuer or bank and may take several business days after approval.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees and payment-processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under EU, Spanish or other applicable consumer protection law.
Where the law requires a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation right or other remedy, Euroanime will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
