Each order is checked before packing and placed inside
protective materials chosen to help reduce impacts,
pressure and movement during transport.
Tracking every step of the journey
After your package has been dispatched, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email containing your tracking
information.
The tracking number will also be available inside your
Euroanime customer account, allowing you to check the latest
available shipping updates whenever you wish.
Please remember that postal tracking does not always update
immediately. It is normal for the first scan to appear several
hours after dispatch, and some international shipments may
show fewer updates while travelling between countries.
Even when tracking appears quiet, your package may still
be moving normally through the postal network.
